The End of the World as we know it
Ok, ok, I’ll admit it when I’m wrong, and I’m NOT WRONG about Sanjaya!

However, I watched his part tonight and, (I can’t believe I’m about to say this), I agree with Simon. It wasn’t horrible.
What does this have to do with my (as some have called it) ‘mean spirited’ post regarding Sanjaya and a certain fury little rabbit?
Only this. We humans are redeemable. Sanjaya proved that if all the planets align, and the moon is in the Seventh House, and Jupiter aligns with Mars then Sanjaya might have a performance that, “isn’t horrible.”
Of course it also means (according to the song) that we’ll start to see, “golden living dreams of visions, mystic crystal revelations, and the mind’s true liberation.
Huh?
Sounds like someone’s been hittin the crack.
What a bunch of bunk! Perhaps that’s how it woks in the “5th Dimension,” but aren’t you glad that when the Lord directs a work it is guaranteed to have success?
Truly! The Lord’s work done the Lord’s way will not lack the Lord’s support
So, get fired up Southbrook! We’re going Mach 1 and we’re not even off the runway!

Litlle known fact that Jordan Sparks is a good friend of Michael W. Smith; in fact she has toured 2 x’s on his Christmas Time Tour singing back-up for him. On Smitty’s blog he quotes her by saying that she is praying that God will keep her in the competiton long enough to impact the life of every competitior for Him. WOW!! and she’s only 17! Our house is pulling for Jordan Sparks (at least I am…although Melinda is ‘off the hook’!)
How many of us can say that about where we are at? Do we really want to impact the life of every person around us? God is in this thing at Southbrook; there ain’t NO denying it. Let’s stay focused on this new building and how God wants us to make this happen. He will reveal his plan to us when He is good and ready. The question is are we ready?

Sanjaya and Blake Lewis are the only two remaining contestants who did NOT say they would thank GOD first if they win (check out their profiles on AmericanIdol.com).

All of this talk about Sanjaya makes me glad I don’t have TV.
Been praying about the new building though….that God will help us open our hands.
