146!

CIMG0833

No matter where you’ve been or what you’ve done, it can’t compare with the excitement and intensity of days like these!

The place was slammed and traffic backed up at times a half a mile. We knew that God was going to move and man did He!

Here’s a shot of the early service! The place was slammed and traffic backed up at times a half a mile. We knew that God was going to move and man did He! 146 people gave their lives to Christ! That doesn’t even include our Southbrook Kids ministry! I heard God moved there in a big way as well!

Even without knowing how many kids trusted Christ, Gang, this harvest of souls was the biggest one day response ever at Southbrook Church! That makes whatever Satan threw at us in the weeks leading up to this great day…worth it! I’ll write more on it later, but for now I need to crash for a couple hours so that I can remember little things like my own name…

Just wanted you all to know this much first.

I helped out at the children’s ministry (3’s, 4’s, and 5’s) and what I thought was so awesome was that when I started reading the story in the children’s bible, how the kids kept interrupting me to tell me what was going to happen next. I thought that was awesome! What a great service Rob and everyone involved!!

Rob

You really know how to bring people to the lord thru him.
as I sat at the service I looked over at my 11 year old daughter
and saw her hand go up it was great my wife is not a believer yet
but with my daughter giving herself to christ it gave me hope that my wife is next.
thanks for the great service

Rob,

We had the opportunity to worship at your church with Sue and Kendall Lloyd for Easter. You’re sermon was awesome and you definitely have a way of praising our Lord that hits home. My family is a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Valparaiso, Indiana and I have been a Christian for many years. That night at Sue’s home, we overheard my 16 year old son and his friend listening to the song by Tim McGraw “Live like you were dying”. You made an impact on him!!!! I was one of the 146 people that raised my hand at first then realized it was only for new believers but the Lord knows that already! Anyway, thanks for the uplifting sermon and I would certainly be attending Southbrook if I lived in the area! You rock!!!! Thanks! Debbie
